Sounds like how I've felt for two years now. I let fear get in the way of a great opportunity, and I went back to a routine and am sort of...stagnant. I don't like it, but it persists. I've definitely got a character defect. Sigh.
But I hope you don't hate yourself for long. Think of ONE thing to do out of your routine (I started with Pilates a year ago, and that has helped some, as I can see results and it's challenging.) One thing--even if it's a little scary. Maybe it'll make for something great.
